July 11th was the 20th Annual Cedar River Festival. 2 years ago, Josh and I were engaged at this event! This year, although scaled down a bit due to the floods, it was a great time. The next day we did clean up in Black Hawk Park. What a mess. If I ever get pics of that, I'll be sure to post them!!
